Day Trip- Disney World

I met my daughter and her family in Daytona this spring, got to spend the day in Walt Disney World with my grandchildren. Since WDW Magic Kingdom is only about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the beach.

Orlando is a comfortable distance for an easy daytrip. We had a great day this trip was my first in about 10 years. I was able to go online and find a few extra special things for us to do. I made an appointment for my grandson to get the pirate treatment. It was aout $40 and was a great time for both of us.

So we settled into a barber type chair and there would be a makeup artist coming soon to create the pirate.

Here we are, new shirt, and makeup on we have a new pirate. Ahoy Maties !!

My grandson really enjoyed the experience.

As you can see there a fun long day at Magic Kingdom can be hard on the makeup.

Bring a few sheets of make up remover, just in case …..
